Cici Wang

Cici is an experienced, professional, passionate team assistant supporting Harcourts team Vinson and Amy. With deep familiarity with Millwater, Milldale, Silverdale and Orewa markets, she streamlines processes as the team’s reliable operational and client service backbone.

In numerous transactions, Cici plays a key role: coordinating viewings, organizing/verifying documents, and updating clients on progress. This helps the team advance transactions efficiently and supports families/investors toward their real estate goals.

For first-time homebuyers, investors, or sellers, Cici offers tailored support: filtering listings for buyers; collating highlights, arranging photography, and updating listings for sellers; compiling market data (e.g., prices, rental yields) for investors.

Cici masters target markets and tracks dynamics (policy, school districts, infrastructure). She provides practical support—creating team market summaries and alerting clients to opportunities/risks. From consultation to closing, she ensures efficient, transparent experiences.
